What are Noxus' people opinions of Kled?

Remember that yordles are always cloaked in a glamour when they go around people, so most wouldn't recognize Kled as such if they saw him today. I'd be willing to bet that most Noxian people believe Kled is a story from a Noxian fable. If they actually met him, they'd probably consider him to be nothing more than a crazed farmer.

The soldiers are low people love Kled and see him as a great inspiration for fighting, he has all the Noxian values.

The higher general people and royal people really hate him.
