Is Death Blossom Kha'Zix's background the Shadow Isles?

Looking at Death Blossom Kha'Zix's splashart background landscape, it seems like it represents the Shadow Isles, or more specifically the Twisted Treeline, though I am not entirely sure. Considering that the first champion to get a Death Blossom skin, Elise, came from the Shadow Isles, are the Death Blossom skins meant to be one of the Shadow Isles themes? (just like there are lots of different themes for Shurima, such as the Risen theme, the Galactic theme, the Guardian of the Sands theme...)

I'd assumed it was meant to be the Elderwood, like in those skins.
