Really hope the next champ comes with a Void lore update.(and if the next champ really is Kassadins daughter,then that'd be perfect for such an update)

Sure it'd look kinda weird for us to get so many lore updates after another(looks like there'll be a noxus update with Swain and Irelia seems almost perfect for an ionia update),but that is actually exactly the same thing that happened in season 7,where we got lore updates for the first 4 big releases(namely updates for Piltover,Zaun,Demacia and the Vastaya).

And if Nunu comes with a Freljord update,then we'd be only missing Bandle city.

And Kassadins daughter would make so much sense for a lore update. The void always was that mysterious place no human ever saw himself.

But now there is a champion who went there and came back. Kassadins daughter would be able to tell everyone how the void is like.

Eh... it's a stretch. It's possible that it's just a reference to it being a void champ, which seems consistent with the art from the piece.

+1 for imagination, but I'll need more evidence to convince me.

Actually someone pointed out that the lines that talk about "going deep into enemy territory" are fitting Kassadins daughter as well,as she did go into the void,which basically is enemy territory.

I am 90% sure it's going to be Kassadin's daughter. A big part of Kassadin's story is that his daughter was long gone, definitely not coming back, which is why Swain's quote about 'the girl who came back' was EXTREMELY chilling to me.

However, I don't think this is segwaying into that 'Super Big Void Lore Event' that everyone's hoping for, we might get that next year with Chogath 's rework maybe? I don't know, it just doesn't seem right that Kassadin's daughter, one of the most Anti-Void charcaters in-game, is going to lead the Void event. Maybe she's another void-hunter-type alongside her father? Or maybe something more disturbing, like she's partially infected.

Other than that, maybe she's got something to do with Icathia instead? ( Malzahar , Jax and Zilean )

We won't know if Kassadins daughter would even be opposed to the void. Remember that it was a miracle(and thanks to a lot of protection gear) that Kassadins mind was left unaltered. But his daughter?Her mind was most likely changed by the void.

Malzahar and the previous tidecaller from Namis comic both think that the void is something good,because the void changed their minds,so the same will likely go for Kassadins daughter as well.

Besides only Jax and Zilean are really from Icathia,Malzahar,Kassadin and Kassadins daughter are all from Shurima.

If it is really Kassadin's daughter (and I really hope she is), she definitely will side with the Void. There is no way she could have survived it withou being turned into a weapon which the Void can use like they want to. The actual question would be more - how much free will does she still has left? What does she remembers? Is she still a sentinel being or is she only a primitve monster, which only acts after her insticts?

Bonus point: If our Void marksman will be Kassadin's daughter, they may update Kassadin's VO as well. Meddler mention in one of his Quick Gameplay Thoughts that they gonna be update a VO soon. And Kassadin with his 10 lines really needs an update.

You claimed she was confirmed to be Kassadins daughter. She was not confirmed, and you were spreading lies. I suggested that she was Kassadins daughter as well, but I didn't go around spreading lies and pumping my ego.
