Zoe seems more like an Aspect of Innocence or an Aspect of Imagination.

I can see imagination. But the girl murders like 3 people while calling them friends. That’s not innocence. That’s psychopathy.

I totally get what you mean, but I don’t think that an Apsect’s purview is merely limited by the physical constraints of their title.

Take Taric, for example. He is the Aspect of the Protector, but his power is technically drawn from the stars. The way he protects is quite varied, too, verything from healing and shielding his allies to stunning his opponents to even negating all damage. Perhaps her being an Aspect of Twilight would encompass other traits/ideas associated with the concept of Twilight? The sleep bubbles would certainly match that.
