@Meddler, or Repertoir - Mordekaiser VU and VGU please?

Hi! I was thinking that since you guys don't have any outwardly concrete plans for overhauls next year that you would consider working on Mordekaiser (again). His kit is a bit of a mess and even your team has admitted that he was a failure. A complete, Sion level overhaul would be a perfect opportunity to push him back into the lanes he started in - Top and Mid - and be an additional opportunity to eradicate pizza feet from the game for good. On top of this, thematically, he falls short of representing the Shadow Isles, as his current look, the mace stuff, and Magneto shenanigans don't particularly fall in line with how you've been doing Shadow Isle champions, most especially the apparitions (of which he is) like Thresh, Hecarim, and Kalista. Just food for thought, and I would hope he is a prime candidate for a rework.

Mordekaiser has to have knees first. Then we can worry about the other stuff.

It really is a shame that they didn't update his horrifically old model in the Juggernaut patch. Since his gameplay was messed up so much, his VU will be delayed until they can dedicate more time and resources toward his kit, and that probably won't be until next year.

Panth, Urgot, WW, etc. models are also outdated, but since the Taric rework Morde is the only one still bringing stuffed crust to the rift.

If they take away his mace or his heavy armor i'll find the people responsible for it and skin them alive.

I think we have a good chance of seeing a Mordekaiser relaunch in 2017, since with the recent Taric rework and the upcoming Yorick and Warwick updates out of the way, the Iron Revenant and Urgot are arguably the champions most in need of being updated.

Mordekaiser is said to be quite the priority on The List ™ for a full VGU.

And yeah, as Pyrodinium said, I think it's likely our dear Iron Revenant will get his well-deserved, big update sometime in the next couple of years (2017 or 2018).

Small reminder: I created a topic about this more or less, a few hours before this one. The OP posted there too. Any attention he needs is more than a roster update can provide. That's all I can say on the topic of updating Mordekaiser's kit.

I think Morde does not really need that much at the moment, there are worse offenders out there. After a bit of initial mess now is much better compared to the older version and has a more meaningful impact on the game, even thought thereare still things a bit off ( like the E, always disliked the E).

I think he will still be high in the priority, at least graphically for sure, but i would not like to have other champions moved back for him.
