History of Illaoi
How did Illaoi 'find' Nagakaborous?
Why did Nagakaborous choose them, or how did Illaoi win them over to be their vessel?
Is Nagakaborous as conscious and intelligent as Aurelion Sol and Bard?

- Not sure what you mean by this question. them? If you mean Illaoi-- she was raised up to the rank of Truth Bearer by her drive and actions.
- Nagakaborous exists somewhere between the Brahman and Tiamat (the god not the D&D dragon). Arguably it is defined by being to great to be understood by mortal minds.
bonus: A.Sol is a higher plane of being than Illaoi --- but he is the beetle calling the ant small. Nagakaborous is all.
From what we know Nagakaborous is something even greater than Aurelion or Bard.
Aurelion might be an ancient cosmic being and Bard a powerful spirit,but Nagakaborous is a god(unless Illaoi is misinformed),she is everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
I doubt that she chose illaoi,it is more that illaoi learned how to channel a part of the power of nagakaborous to use it against her enemies.
Illaoi is pretty much like the typical priest or cleric from a fantasy game,only that she is really buff and that her god is full of tentacles.
More importantly, who would name something nagakabourous? Sounds like some kind of weird island name. I'm actually surprised the voice actor could say that xdd
