What would happen if Jhin and Jinx got into some kind of psychotic rivalry?

Before starting the discussion, I want to go over some points about each character.

Jinx She's crazy, unpredictable and smart enough to constantly evade Caitlyn, Vi and maybe Camille along with the entire Piltover police force. This is even more impressive considering everyone in Piltover and Zaun knows what she looks like... and she's never been caught. Also, keep in mind that despite her chaotic nature, she is perfectly capable of making plans and falling through with them; although it is implied that this doesn't always happen.

She's pretty fit and a lot more durable than she looks considering she runs around with a rocket launcher and minigun on a regular basis and was able to survive an entire building coming down on top of her.

She has a lot of firepower. Pow Pow may not be all that powerful per bullet, but it doesn't have to be. It fires really, really fast, thus allowing it to shred things (especially people) with ease. Fishbones is obviously powerful given that its a rocket launcher. Zap can immobilize and maybe even kill people if hit enough times or in the right spot. Her Flame Chompers appear to have the power of your average grenade while possessing the capability to latch onto those she throws them at. Her weapons likely aren't the most advanced, but they do their job, and they do it well. Jinx likely has stockpiles of ammo hidden away as she will likely need it for the kind of work she does.

Jhin He's a different kind of crazy. Smart, meticulous and artistically strategic, he killed for years without anyone knowing his identity. It was only when three of the best ninjas of Iona came looking for him that he got caught.

Physically, Jhin has been shown to be able to put up with fighting those three ninjas, so he's obviously fairly capable. However, this may have its limits as he's generally the type to strike and watch from the shadows, rather than get into a fight or actively flee on a regular basis.

When it comes to firepower, Jhin's got plenty. Whisper is a hextech pistol that packs more of a magical punch than other hextech weaponry, while the same can be said for his sniper rifle (not sure what its name is, or if it even has one). The downside to these weapons, is they are only capable of holding four shots. His mines are equally as powerful as his guns and appear to immobilize their targets. Jhin may have a decent supply of ammo, but keep in mind he only ever chooses four targets and therefore doesn't generally need a whole lot.

Now discuss.

EDIT: I feel like I should clarify what I mean by rivalry, which is a scenario where Jhin is trying to kill Jinx who is aware of this and actively ressisting.

...porn?

Wait, just me?

Jhin doesn't handle rivals well- look at his intent for Sona. I don't think he'd consider Jinx a rival or vice versa as they're so incredibly different in motives they have little to compete over. If it ever came down to it Jhin would stand a much better chance at finding and ending Jinx than the inverse- as he's so incredibly hard to track down in his lore, and he is by both profession and hobby- an assassin. Jinx might be 'good at evading the coppas' but a professional assassin is a completely different creature. And in any case, Jhin would be the aggressor-- Jinx doesn't have much interest in killing people, 'rival' or not.

If they fought Jhin would probably win, he is more concentrated on finishing the target while she is more into destroying things everywhere around

I think that Jhin would be insulted if someone considered him a rival of Jinx, because he is a meticulous artist and Jinx is... well a chaotic girl that does it for fun.

Jhin hunts whoever his employers deem as a threat to Ionia; people involved in the invasion, for example. Last I checked, Jinx only firebombs Piltover and has no interest in expanding her operations elsewhere. And while Jhin does hunt in his spare time, I don't think he'd ever engage Jinx in any sort of conflict; he knows the risk would be higher than the reward. Getting blown up isn't worth the high for him.

Jinx herself seems to have her own agenda anyway, so she probably wouldn't even care Jhin existed. At least, she wouldn't go out of her way to antagonize him. He'd just be another casualty if he's in Piltover the next time she decides to give the city a makeover with a nuke.

Both are extremely hard to find in their own ways. Jinx lives in Zaun, a maze of pipes, buildings, and toxic gas. Jhin's not going to go through that pain in the ass just to kill Jinx. Jhin himself doesn't just walk around in his performance outfit; it'll get dirty if he does that. No, only for a performance. If he's just wandering around Zaun/Piltover as a normal person would, he would attract little to no attention to himself. Jinx would most likely bother him before/during/after a performance, as that's when he'd most likely catch her eye. Normal man = boring, man in a smiling mask = interesting.

If they were ever to meet, Jinx would probably annoy Jhin to the point where he just outright shoots her without seeing the curtain rise first. Her voice is irritating, she talks too much too fast... He just wouldn't like her at all. While he may find her interesting at first, everyone's curtain is bound to rise eventually. Jinx's will just rise far sooner than anticipated. I also just want this... ship(?)... to sink faster than the Titanic.

Jhin "Hmpf... Jinx is a dull girl bent on destruction. I take pride in my artwork, and I take the time to make sure it's perfect. Also, I loved exactly once. When we kissed for the first time, I saw the curtain rise... And now, she will always have a smile."

They are very different kind of sociopaths.

Jinx Jinx- Manic and impulsive. Very hyper and goal orientated and likely doesn't really think she is being as dangerous as she really is. She has empathy so any harm/murder caused is spur of the moment.

Jhin Jhin- Calm and calculating. He obviously lacks or can turn empathy on and off as it benefits him. This is the person who will succeed in their goal of harm/murder due to blending in and having contingency plans. This is the type of sociopath to be afraid of as they are not fueled by emotions. If they plan to hurt you, there will not be a change in their resolve.

So basically you have Harley Quinn and Dexter. A rivalry wouldn't happen due to the nature of Jhin and the art of it all.

The combined weapon's name is a Hextech mass Accelerator.

Jhin wins. He is more tactical and intelligent than Jinx, has a far greater ability with his weapons, and if in the event they are disarmed, he most likely knows several martial arts due to his containment in Tuula. In his color story, we see a decent idea of how Jhin fights. He uses his environment to his advantage, and plans hours and probably days into advance before he strikes. He would first learn as much as he can about his quarry (probably being hired by a Piltovan noble) before planning how he will do his job. He would then find a way to first trap Jinx, then disarm her (possibly literally) and then kill her slowly, making his "art" with what's left of her. Jinx, at best, plans something a few seconds or minutes before doing it. The reason Jinx evades custody is because of how unpredictable she is. Jhin escapes from people by predicting every move his enemy makes. Jinx may seem impossible to predict, but Jhin is probably smart enough to find a pattern and a weakness in her movements, then exploit it, ending in the Loose Cannon breaking apart.
