They both a have a lot of fire power, so who do you think would win in a straight up gun fight on the streets of Zaun?
As much as I love Jinx, I think Urgot has the upper hand just for essentially being a tank that could take more of a beating. Jinx on the other hand would get shredded very easily by Urgot's massive guns.
On the other hand, Jinx's size could make her harder to hit, and she does have the weapons to deal with Urgot.
I think that the Super Mega Rocket has enough power to kill many people and destroy buildings. That thing can be fired from really long distances. Considering that i think that she should be able to kill Urgot while he gets a tattoo at home.
... But in a 1v1 fight at "close range"? Urgot kills her without questions.
it'd be tough but I can see jinx playing a sort of run and hide game spamming rocket things out at him in the narrower streets he can't move through too well. brains over brawn and all that and jinx being a destruction fanatic should have ample knowledge on blowing up things bigger than her.
I think Urgot gets an advantage over Jinx because he has a shield that goes along with his hextech parts. Even if Jinx gets shots off on his body he is pretty beefy and probably has a lot of Hextech going on on the inside. And the shield to block really dangerous things.
You know who wins in this scenario? Piltover + Zaun.
