Anyone else kind of feel like it took the soul out of the lore when the Institute was removed? This event usually would've made me absolutely psyched, but I can't help but feel,...Indifferent. It feels like reading fanfic to me :x.
I can understand why it would seem like a fanfic (since you're obviously use to the IOW being involved), but with the way it was written, involving the IoW makes it seem more "Power at be" when things happen. As in, if they survived or if everything didn't go right, then "the powers at be"--aka IoW--decided to intervene.
