These icon updates

Ok, so I have read almost all of the Discussions about the recent updates to them. Many are negative and they have every right to. There old icons and many have grown accustomed to them for the simple fact they have had those icons once they began League. Others it just brings them back to a more simpler time when League was just getting started, nostalgia.

Now i'm not here to offer a system that would allow you to switch between the updated icons and the older ones, personally some of them i just cant imagine ever being different like the book one with the rings and stuff, ya i like that one. Some I have to say look good, not gonna lie, you cant tell me the new Rose icon is straight up ugly with out saying, "WHAT IS THIS! BRING BACK MY ROSE! AHHHH".

Just my opinion there but that's not what i'm here to talk about, what i am here to talk about is the Wraith icon.

I understand why update the classic Summoner icons but I feel that this icon should only be the icon that doesn't get changed for the simple matter of nostalgia. Now i know it may be a bit selfish and well yes, but hear me out though.

The icon it self actually represents an older time in League. The other one retain mostly the same image, a.k.a if the wolf icon gets update it would still be the same etc. But you can not say that the new raptor camp looks the same as the old Wraiths. It would be a way to say, ya I was here before season 4, you could argue the same for the other ones.
