As far as I know, D Cane 
has been released in 2009. Meaning that him being 8 years old makes him old enough to a get recall animation, the same way other ''old'' champions did. Rito?

But the fact is that he has a recall animation... and its a unique animation just for that... That is way more than the "new" recall animations that just re-use old animations (Im not saying that its bad). Nasus is not the kind of guy that would do flashy things while recalling and the position fits his character.
Seriously, compare his animation with the one of Kha Zix, that must be the worst recall of all.
