Another j4 skin ???
He got a skin on 1st March 2018 Today 19th March 2019 he gets another skin, while there are champions without a new skin for like 1000 or more days. Did someone at the skin team forget that Dark star j4 exists? [sg-lux-2]

wow a skin for a champion that hasnt had one in a year is getting a skin, how DARE riot god im sick of people whining and crying about other champions not getting skins, its fine to bring it up when ahri gets her 3rd skin per year but j4? seriously?
Are you forgetting that it was said in the skins Dev Diary that a BUNCH of "forgotten" champions are getting skins this year?
Stop fucking complaining that a champion that got a skin last year is getting another one before X does, because they're fucking working on it. Skins take months to make and have to be released for their respective events if they are tied to one. Its a shame that J4 got a Hextech skin, but would you have rather have an unpopular champion with 3 or less skins get it and have their mains fucked over, unable to instantly obtain it? I wouldn't. That would fucking suck.
I mean, he went ages before finally getting a new skin, one which was quite poorly received, and now a year later is receiving a gemstone exclusive skin. I don't really see the problem.
