Teemo's last skin was 2 years ago, plus if anyone kept up with WAD files searching, then you'd have known he was due for one sometime this year.

1: Xayah and Rakan have two skins each, two of those four are on release 2: You failed to mention Riot actually made good on their promise to Shen and getting him a skin. 3: I LOVE Karma, hell I main her, and I like Winter wonder. (not a fan of conquerer tbh) But I’ll be PISSED if she gets a new skin before some other champions that deserve one more. 4: Teemo’s last skin was a whole 2 years ago, he’s got a lot but it has been a while, plus it’s a MEME SKIN 5: RIVEN! A-actually I won’t lie. I think they shoulda given THAT one to someone more deserving, like Camille, Maybe Irellia (she got a rework but skin-wise it’s been a while), maybe even Urgo- lol no riot forgot that champion needed a skin a long time ago.
