@Riot - Why is Katarina getting a second Harrowing Skin?

I'm just going to copy & paste what I said in another post since it's relevant.

I think I can see why the Skin team choose her.......besides tits & money. Based off the visuals of Death Sworn Viktor, they probably wanted to give Kat a truly serious & dark skin for Harrowing rather than her only Harrowing skin be some generic, sexy Halloween costume (though I imagine the skin will still have some sex appeal in some way). To give her a thematic untouched by previous skins, to give Kat players something different. Another thing is that Kat is very lacking in skins with VFX changes. Like with Ez, they probably want to give her some more higher tier skins for once. Now did they specifically have to give her this skin or put her in this Harrowing set? I don't know. Could she have gone without it? Yeah, probably."

Kitty Kat is more on the fun/sexy/joke side of Halloween, not the horror/dark/serious side. That's what they're probably aiming for with this skin besides giving the internet more material for Kat r34. To give her a darker themed skin to celebrate the dark, horror side of Halloween.

Please note that I've written these before I saw the actual skin. Now that I see it's just another sexy Kat with a side of spooky, yeah it's pretty meh.

She didn't steal it from anyone but we can say that instead of making a rushed, boring Kata skin it would have been prefered to give it to a forgotten champ, at least.
