There's a special interaction Galio has when he taunts near a Sion, which basically implies that he considers Sion a more than worthy adversary. However, if Sion was once human (albeit a very large human, but a human nonetheless), how could he even be close big/strong enough to fight Galio? Galio even says that "They'd find pieces of us for miles around!". If somebody has a canon answer, I'd love to hear it! [slayer-jinx-wink]
I'd guess "Hulk" size. Sion is a considerably large human, and he's dead, and he's fueled by a soul furnace in his gut. If anyone has the durability to attack a giant statue, it's Sion. While Galio may be large, that lends him to be sluggish when compared to smaller things. Even something as small as Sion compared to him would easily outspeed him and could take chunks out of him before he could counterattack.
I'd wager 8-10 feet. Not massive like Galio, but probably up to around halfway up Galio's shin.
Galio towers over Sion. That being said, Sion's strength makes them a worthy match.
Imagine if Galio tries to step on Sion, as he does everyone else. Sion would be able to catch the foot with one hand (And his other hand gripping his axe), push against it, and make Galio fall onto his back.
Sion is strong. Think the Hulk. A lot stronger than his size suggests.
