Why aren't Lucian and Vayne friends/allies?
They both basically hunt evil. One is the purifier the other is the night hunter. I think they should be listed as allies/friends. They need friends they are lonely champions.

Lucian is Vayne's younger mother from the Bandle Isles, and is Karthus and Kalista's love child, but since those two are Noxians who secretly made love in Ionia with the assistance of nurse Akali, they are now on the run and looking for Vayne and Lucian to prove their innocence.
Lucian then followed his taboo lover Thresh once he heard the news of his mother Kalista going into a alcohol induced rage and dying due to Soraka's flash engage, ult, Zhonya combo with her partner in crime and ancient grandmother Braum.
Lucian now hunts down all Demacians and is looking for Soraka to save Threshes soul from her banana staff while Lucian's cousin Vayne is liberating Zaun and Noxus from the Yordle Lulu who has been possessed by Syndra so you can see why even though their goals are similar, they are not considered allies.

Lucian actually seems to be part of some kind of order. Vayne on the other hand seems to work alone.
The 2 might have never met each other.
Vayne is a renegade. She hunts evil disregarding the law, thinking herself above it.
Lucian on the other hand seems to still be a proper Demacian, part of an order and respecting the law as a Demacian should.
They'd be rivals, not friends. Though of course, I base this off of Vaynes old lore, which can get retconned at any moment.
The reason that they haven't met is because they aren't strictly linked by some sort of evil hunting cult/organization or something. They roll solo. They are also both somewhat vigilantes.
