About the Ezreal VGU, PLEASE KEEP KYLE HEBERT AS THE VOICE ACTOR!

I know you guys tend to change voice actor in VGUs but Ezreal doesn't need a new voice. He just needs the Lux treatment and have a few more lines. And hell, while you have him in the studio, he can also do some work on Pantheon, J4 and BL Vladimir! Don't miss this opportunity![sg-janna]

inb4 Ezreal now has some cheesy accent and screams "DIE!!!", "KILL!!!" and "COME!!!" every few seconds and has extremely long and pointless monologues.

If he's available they will get him back. Voice Actors aren't always kept in this as they are usually unavailable due to other work, might have retired, died (Original Nasus. RIP), ect. They recently had him back for the Pulsefire Update last year so it's most likely that he won't change. I think the full voice redo though will be much better than just extending the already existing VO.

Yeah, I wish they wouldn't change the voice actors so often. Sometimes it makes sense, like when a Champions theme is completely changed, but Ezreal's theme is good and is going to remain intact. His voice is one of my favorite things about him and DON'T think needs to be updated, other than giving him more lines (and better lines).

Didn't they get the same voice actor in for when they updated Pulsefire Ezreal's lines? I wouldn't worry about it.

There should be an option to select the traditional voices in settings. If possible. People might not care enough, though..

Ezreal probably needs a new voice actor, if the old one can't redo it. After all, even if you reuse the same actor, they can't get the nuance right of someone they voiced years ago, because things have changed such as their grasp on the character, experience, etc. So if a new actor can capture him better, then more power to them. I actually don't think they should continue to do the "tack on" voice overs, as they're lower quality and don't fully encapsulate the character. I think doing Lux that way was a mistake (she needs a minor VGU IMO, complete with an entire VO), so I would hope they'd do fuller VOs in the future.

You do realize that said voice actor has to audition for the role first. There's nothing to be done if they show no active interest in the job.

Like (this is pure speculation) I wouldn't be surprised if that's why Laura Bailey didn't reprise the Akali role.
