Yeah I'd really like to see a fey champ and not just a champ who has a fey as their companion.
What makes this even more likely is in my opinion the fact that this year gave us tons of information about the different species of runeterra(Vastaya and Demigods are now a real thing and we also got more info about the darkin and demons),so it would be fitting if the next champ was nonhuman as well.
A rioter confirmed its a noxus mage. It MIGHT be Noxus Lux pretty much.
