Swain and Irelia are already scheduled to be updated.
Apart from the yordles which all need to be updated to match their new style (except Tristana and Poppy), Morgana has one of the worst models of the game right now.
I'd say she's among top priority at the moment, together with

Actually I doubt that she'll get her VGU next year.
Because we'll likely get ~5 VGUs next year and 2 of them are already confirmed to be

So for Morgana to get a VGU would mean that she and Kayle would need to fill 2 of the last 3 "VGU-slots".
And I think they'll have some serious competition with champs like and if only 2 of those would get their VGU next year,then it becomes rather unlikely for Morgana to get a VGU in 2018(though I'd say she would be a good candidate for 2019)
