So Vlad isn't a mountain blood cultist hobo?

I would like to see vlad facing a darkin ...or manipulating one! Best case scenario for me is the following : A darkin( that may or may not be the sister of varus) has fallen in love with vlad...it teaches him blood magic and follows every command he gives it.....in exchange vlad provides her with a host(s)..\

As far as his relationship with black rose is concerned i can see him be second in command right after leblanc ( and yea i know elise exists i just dont think he is us trust worthy as vlad)

lastly i dont think swain will exactly like vlad or black rose ...

Purely speculatory, but I think it'd have be shortly after he reintroduced himself to the Noxian uppercrust and made fast friends with Swain to their mutual benefit, Swain getting a master manipulator and blood mage and Vlad gaining some status

Why would he be Swain’s advisor?
