As far as his relationship with black rose is concerned i can see him be second in command right after leblanc ( and yea i know elise exists i just dont think he is us trust worthy as vlad)

Swain was formerly a member of the black rose, not sure why he left though

I agree that was the old lore situation. New lore, well, hell knows. I can't wait to find out though, there is lots of potential.

I just read the wiki , I have no idea but he is noxian and a member of the black rose.... Which is a lot more than the "isolated temple blood mage in the mountains"
