The Ice Drake Shyvana recall can be copied&pasted easily on all of her skins. It's not a skin-specific recall, it can work for all of the models.

There are various cases when a skin has a simple recall animation which can be re-used for all the other skins that don't have one.

No, Riot, nobody is buying Blackfrost Anivia or Ice Drake Shyvana for those extremely simple and static recall animations. You can put them on all the other skins and the base model.

This one would actually be problematic, because classic Anivia and Blackfrost Anivia use different rigs (animation skeletons).

Anyways, doing this thing with skins like Ice Drake Shyvana would just feel bad for the players who own the skin, as the Recall animation is supposed to be unique to it.
