If you've ever heard Jinx's joke, you'll know that Fishbones has something akin to a "personality," an honest citizen trying to stop Jinx's rampage. The question is, what is her minigun, Pow-Pow's personality?
I've always imagined Pow-Pow and Fishbones doing the little angel/little devil thing, so Pow-Pow would be evil (or maybe just crazier than Jinx is, if that's even possible.)
What do you think Pow-Pow is like?

Fishbones being the respectable, honest father that wants Jinx to stop her rampage, and Pow-Pow being a deranged mother who pushes her daughter onto crazier, zanier tasks for higher thrills?
