I wanna see Thresh start interacting with champions other than Lucien.

While I would definitely like to see more of Lucien's quest for vengeance, I feel like Thresh should have more interactions with other champions; as he tends to take souls from all around Runeterra. His bio says he goes after those with the strongest wills, and I imagine a lot of champions have pretty strong wills.

With that said, I thought it would be cool if Thresh started tearing apart the Crownguard family, likely starting with Lux and Garen's parents. Additionally, I imagine Vayne might try (and fail) to kill him if she ever comes across him. There's probably plenty more champions that Thresh would love to break and would make for some fun rivalries.

Thresh and Evelynn are a match made in heaven eternal agonising purgatory. It would be a matter of professional rivalry for them to try to out-do each other in the horrific ways they torture their victims. Unfortuantely for Eve, Thresh doesn't have to stop when the victim dies.

I would also be interested to see how Thresh treats Yorick. They are both original residents of the Blessed Isles (they may even have known each other) who have reacted to the Ruination in completely opposite ways. I wonder if Thresh sees Yorick as a foe, or if he has some begrudging respect for Yorick given he managed to survive the event that killed everyone else.

It'd be more interesting if Evelynn ends up overpowering Thresh.
