Is it special for her or is there gonna be a quote for every champion in their in-client bio?

Its most likely because her short bio the newest short bio.

I think it was said that later short bios will be actually closer to fioras.

Every new character introduction will have a quote. Fiora has one, and so do GP, TF, and Graves. We like getting the Champ's voice in immediately where possible. You like that direction?
