That should totally be a theme line. I think these champs could make the cut.

Syndra could easily pass for sailor pluto. Dark and angry.

Definitely Soraka. It would be easy to change her spells and autos into star effects.
Definitely Diana as she is also astral themed. Her Q could be a curving shooting star, W a star shaped explosion, E can be three orbiting stars as a shield.
Syndra... not sure. Can you imagine a dark sovereign talking about how powerful she is in a pink tutu throwing stars? Just seems a little funny. She needs a nice legendary skin after the mockery that was Queen of Diamonds.
Caitlyn is a weird choice for a star guardian also. Maybe Leona would be a better pick, or even Taric?

i dont think cait or lucian would fit. this seems really more like a line for mages with large flashy effects.
