Candidates for: Star Guardian

Well, I'm back with this series as I said and back with the next topic that the people voted for and that is......sigh...star guardian.

OK, before people start yelling (even though this is the boards and the most you can do to that is ! and CAPS) I don't necessarily like the series;** but I didn't say I hate it**. I can see the appeal since magical guardian girl is common in anime and whatnot and I've even watched a bit of Madoka Magica but for the most part it's just not something I can fully get behind (especially in the Star Guardian case with things like Garen and Urgot! Ez worked because it was made in a way that I could take it seriously and they didn't slap a dress on him!)

So what really defines the series? Pretty obvious: girls that have anime look and powers given to them by some almighty powerful entity. Not a hard concept to land down. Make it anime, give it bright pretty colors and you got yourself a set. Oh and also animal companions that turn into weapons I guess. However, one issue that I have is that there is no main villain(s) in the series yet. As far as we have gotten we've only got the void creature recolors from Onslaught but I never really felt like they were a villian. You can argue that Dark Star is a villain of the series but I prefer to think Dark Star/Cosmic are there own separate series. We need an actual main bad guy(s)/(woman/women?) for them to start taking action against.

Now if we're going to talk about potential candidates for more of the Guardian side then lets face it: they ( ) might be the only candidates left, at least for females. Male side of things I feel like could make a good choice (and continue that meme of Taric x Ez for those who still care) and maybe could work since **he's literally a guy who forges stars **.

Outside of that though, if we want to start discussing about villains for the series: without a doubt is my first candidate. She has great potential of being this Star Guardian turned dark, as with a lot of candidates in my mind, like & as well, maybe even . or I can easily see as being the main actual villain behind everything, from corrupting Star Guardians to pulling the strings. could be like one of those monster henchmen that acts like a lieutenant to the main villain, tries to follow out a plan but gets foiled. Maybe could also work. And just for fun, as a reference to Sailor Moon we could through in there as well or something Idk.

Anyways those are just my thoughts and suggestions on the Star Guardian series but what are your thoughts on potential candidates? Discuss below and also vote between which skin series you want to see next (limiting it to two this time).
