I think Butcher Urgot's splash art just became the most horrifying splash in the game

And I thought we topped everything with Sion's base splash… THIS is pure nightmare fuel!

Have you seen pre-rework Lollypoppy skin splash art? That was nightmarish. https://i.ytimg.com/vi/CwTQVSWMBTA/maxresdefault.jpg http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/attachment.php?attachmentid=813795

That's not the same. Lollipoppy doesn't give nightmare, Lollipoppy IS THE nightmare.

Thanks for the nightmares

You are taking this all out of context. See, Helmet Bro has simply slipped over while working at the butchers and Urgot, being the friendly guy he is, has come to give a hand.

Meat lockers can be slippery folks, but you can always trust that your friendly neighborhood Urgot can help you out.

Then why does he have both his hands reaches out like that?

Clearly one hand is on its way to shielding his eyes from the blinding lights behind Urgot (he's been stuck there a while), and the other is looking for something to grab onto to help him get back on his feet.

terrifyingly.... AWESOME

It's also terrifying, but not in the same way. This one is impressive, and petrifying. Butcher however is closer to reality, and draws in our deepest fear of death and suffering, in a way that generates violent anguish, panic and pure terror.
