I love the idea that Bard could actually be some massively powerful god-tier entity who could take on someone like Aurelion Sol and make it a good fight. As the guy who seems to be in charge of balancing the universe, I feel like he should have some untapped reserves of energy that he whips out in case the world needs some serious correcting. Like he's that innocent character in the background that turns out to have terrifying levels of power. I haven't read up on him much though , so I doubt it's true. Awesome to imagine though xD

forger implied he both creates and destroys. if he does both there is a balance, so i dont think bard would have a problem.
It means sod all because it was put there without any rhyme or reason other than the two could possibly have a connection. There's no lore about it that's been released so don't postulate that there's a connection just yet, no matter how obvious it may seem. Wait on official Riot sources for that.

Everyone is complaining about Sol being a ultra-high power god and how it seems ridiculous in lore, but I think it fits quite nicely. We already had our cosmic protector, but who is he protecting the cosmos from?
lol why do people think Bard would be on a level to compete with someone with Aurelion Sol's level. Like Bard doesn't even seem close to him.
if bard really is sol's rival they NEED to make a cinematic of it, i can imagine the fight in my head now.
Bard is my favorite champion, but unfortunately I would disagree.

If we do find out that Bard took Aurelion's egg into space in the "Mountain" cinematic then more likely than not Bard is Aurlion's caretaker ie: His Bish.
