What is Bard?
Some say he is a celestial like Soraka, others say that is a cosmic being like Aurelion or that he is an aspect or an targonian... What do you think? What is he?

as far as im concerned hes a haunted pile of blankets and pillows.
but from what i understand hes a celestial like our boi 
but is involved more with keeping worlds from annihilating themselves than anything else.
As far as I know, Bard is a celestial being, like Aurelion Sol and Soraka. And he seems to be fairly high on the power scale.
I wonder what meeps are exactly, tho.

He's Bard.
Assume that Runeterra, the entire universe, is a plant in a garden. Bard is the gardener of a massive garden of universe plants. He makes sure the universes don't die. His role is to act in a way that prevents this thing from happening. If he fails at his job for whatever reason, well, we won't have to worry about it much longer.

He's pretty much a celestial. Celestials are cosmic beings. Not all cosmic beings are celestials (aurelion) but all Celestials are cosmic beings. It's like the all triangles are squares but not all sqaures are triangles thing. Bard essentially is manipulating humans (not really in a bad way) to help the celestials fight the void. He often just takes powerful relics away from humans to prevent choas because they kinda need people on runeterra to live to fight the void. All the aspects are celestials beings as well btw. Diana/Leo/Panth aren't celestial beings, they just borrow power from those who are, aka the aspects. For some reason everyone considers the aspects to not be celestials because one of them is the aspect of the sun. Aurelion makes suns so therefore aurelion is stronger, aspects can't be celestials because celestials seem to be stronger than aurelion. That's not really true with the info provided to us and honestly people make Aurelion seen a lot stronger than he is. He isn't that strong in lore and def not even close to the strongest character. Not to mention Aurelion makes suns, suns create planets, literally multiple characters from runeterra could beat aurelion, imagine what a god aspect could do. Btw the term celestial for me is defined by those who can actually enter the celestial realm... Aurleion so far can't so yeah he's not one. Celestial dragon doesn't = celestial being. Not to mention zoe literally insults him and calls him a dog.

Isn't it obvious ? Santa Claus If you were a good boy he will ult to save you and give you kills. If you were a bad boy he will ult you so you die to chasing enemies and will always steal kills from you.

He's been referred to as a Celestial by Riot on several occasions, and considering we don't know of anything "beyond" Celestials, save maybe for gods like Nagakabouros, I strongly believe he is indeed just a Celestial, albeit a powerful one.
