Does any Rioter (or anyone really) know what Talon is doing nowadays?

The guy is super cool, but he literally has a 3 paragraph biography, and nothing else.

What we know:

-He's obsessed with finding his adoptive father, who is also the father of Katarina and Cass -He's one of the best assassin's in valoran, along with his adoptive father and Katarina, by the words of Katarina herself -He's somehow related to Quinn (maybe not in a literal sense but she is in his related champions) -He was in both Freljord and Demacia (probably how he has Quinn as a related champion but I'm not sure) -He has a nice ass hood -He likes blades
