@Riot Reav3 Why didn't Mistletoe LeBlanc (975 RP) get a VFX/SFX update?

Hi,

I was just wondering why Mistletoe LeBlanc wasn't updated with new VFX/SFX for the Assassin update. It's a 975 skin so it should include new spell effects and a unique recall animation. Now that all her particle effects have been revisited I think it's probably the best time to update this; if not now then I'm not sure Mistletoe ever will be updated unless LeBlanc gets a full visual rehaul in the future, which would probably be a long time from now.

that will not work, if that skin gets a new model/texture, LeBlanc in a whole would need a new model/texture/splashes to her skins (which won't happen btw)
