Zoe will be ok if her voiceline isn't obnoxious.

From my guess the community is fearing from past experiences that she will be a annoying tilt-inducing character. Star guardian jinx/Super galaxy rumble, lux/lulu laughs, the league community did not like this and gave out negative reports. Heck even lux got her voiceline changed, jinx and rumble's voicelines will be "nerfed" next patch.

If you make this new champion talking every 7 seconds like a xayah rakan lane, SOLO it is pretty sure its gonna be bad. Just make sure you keep that in line and it would be fine.
