We don't know how big he really is; size doesn't even matter because all the champs are tuned appropriately. Even so, I doubt he's the size of a galaxy as some people are claiming. We also don't know how powerful he is yet, so we can't assume he's too powerful. What we saw in that video was likely artistic license. Bard doesn't have the highest movement speed in the game, does he?
Well bard being not that fast is likely the "gameplay and story seperation"-part,you know when it would be too op in the game if he was that fast(also it is technically possible that his path was full with chimes)
I think everyone is aware that Sol won't be that big in the game,its more about how big he's gonna be in the lore. I mean if his claw is so big that it looked like a large part of the sky on that screen,then regardless of how close he was,thats freaking big(and he didn't even look like he was on earth,he looked like he was still in space).
