If you watch any Magical School Girl anime, I don't think anyone can truly say that the Main character Magic Girl is the smart one. The main Magic Girl has always been "Heart of Gold, We can do anything if we believe, I see the good in you" type of person. The person who cares more about feelings/morals than rationality.

Why can she copy others' spells in her lore when it isn't part of her kit anyway? Isn't that just to make her Spellthief Lux skin make sense? But like, it isn't real...what if they start releasing alternative versions of champions alongside the new hero content? An actual Spellthief Lux released would be pretty cool...if people could pick both Luxes on a team, then that could be quite interesting. Not sure how similar it would be, but as long as the alternative version isn't blatant power creep over the original, it would be fine I suppose.
