Where is the Eve Heel quote?

Correct me if I'm wrong on this but I almost remember someone posting about Eve keeping her move in heels quote, to which Reav3 responed that she will have it. It's live now, I've looked and heard all her quotes now, nothing. The quote is nowhere even though Reav3 said it would stay.

Again I might be wrong on this, since my memory is currently being crammed with college work but I'm baffled that they said the quote would stay only now to see that they lied to us.

Is it possibly on one of her alternate skins? I know Urgot's "I detect the presence of scum" is now exclusive to Battlecast.

Probably because her heels are kinda biological now, she's wouldn't need to put in any effort to move normally.
