The bothersome part is that her headdress protrudes from the top of the Iron Maiden - yet there's no gap in the top portion of the Maiden to allow for this. It's a solid lid, so all that's happening is that the Iron Maiden is clipping Lissandra's headdress. Can you guys maybe take a look at correcting this? The physics here bug me.

Once they fix this Lissandra's win rate will go up, this is what has been holding her back from being a top tier mid laner.

Also maybe giving her Q some green fog effects on the slow? Like her Classic and Bloodstone skins have this, It was kind of disappointing for me to see no green fog on enemies I Q'd when I first bought the skin.

Oh my you are right.

I do not have the skin myself,but when I saw the recall once,I thought there was a small hole in the maiden for the headdress,but its really just the dress clipping through.

I do own the skin and use it a lot, but I guess I've just learned to ignore it. When I first got the skin I was bothered by that though. I think I attributed it to "well maybe there are holes on the top." I never actually looked for the holes. Now that you mention this problem I'm probably never going to play the same again.

While you're at it, get them to fix Mordekaiser's mace clipping through his cape on his King of Clubs skin. item 3070
