Theory Regarding Galio's VGU, Demacia Lore, and Noxus(?)

Remember back when Camille was released and we got that big lore page on Piltover? And then Warwick was reworked, and we got a Zaun lore page as a counterpart to Piltover? Here's the thing, Galio is getting his VGU soon along with a new Demacian lore page, if the Demacia icon is any indicator. Riot also mentioned that the next new champion is going to be a support, and remember the idea of a Noxian Drill Sergeant support that everyone was obsessed with?

My idea is that around Galio's VGU release, we'll get Demacia lore, and then after that we'll get a Noxus lore page for the new support, everyone's favorite NOXIAN DRILL SERGEANT.

That comment doesn't tell us remotely that the next champion is that mentioned support. In fact, his wording is particularly vague, which can indicate that said champion is probably in it's infancy and nowhere near being released in the next few months. Additionally, Meddler also said that the gap between Camille and the next champion would be longer than usual. Given that we are still within the usual space between champs (Jhin released around this time last year, if not shortly before), that means were are not through the "unusual gap" yet.

No one said that the next champion is a support. Where are you getting this information from? The only thing I heard about a support was that they had an idea of a more traditional support for this year, but there was no timeline attached to it.
