Can we make all champion portraits animated like the dead eye teasers?

in the animated gif style. it might look too cluttered for the champion tab in client that shows the overview of every champion, or here on the homepage like with sonas portrait at the moment.

but i mean your own champion portrait, and when you click on your teammates or opponents in game. aswell as on the personal champion pages. with the waving hair and changing facial expressions. it would just feel like they come to life a bit more.

maybe this could also be done for other units like minions, and jungle monsters.

for people who wouldnt want this in game, the animations could be deactivated together with the other interface animations (health bar etc). in that case it would just show a static portrait like now.

i understand this would be a project that would take some time. but it would also not be too crazy to do, and add a lot of flavour to the game.
