What If An Ascendant Becomes Ascended Again?
Like if 
decides he doesn't want to be a jackal, can he ascend again to become another animal? This question came to my mind when I was ascended as in the ascended game mode.

When an ascended ascend again, he lose his powers. He becomes an "ass ended"
The Ascension gamemode is not lore-canon. If it were, the ascension you achieve through it, would probably be different to the one Azir, Nasus, Renekton and Xerath had. In the lore-ascension they didn't have to kill an ascended for example. Anyways, I highly doubt it is possible to ascend twice, because I think the ritual already gives the person all the power it is able to give. Just like you can't load a battery beyond 100% of it's capacity
Ascending it's not a "character select" tool. Ascended have already done it and their form is the ones that better represents theirselves.
