I know that some of his skins received a splash update but I mean c'mon Riot give this guy some love, or atleast update the visuals on his legendary skin as many people have been requesting this for quite some time now...

ChompyWulf1 votesTo be fair, a bunch of those decrepit champs are getting some love finally. Urgot still needs an actual new skin rather than just polish on old ones, and Illaoi is in waiting, but Yorick, Cass, and Viktor have gotten love.
It's about time and still fucking irritated Jhin is getting a THIRD skin this year and the Yi/Ahri new skin meme is real, but we are finally seeing them spread the love.

His rig is very dated and hard to work with, hence new skins will look silly.
They want to VGU him one day.
So best you can do is wait and hope they at least give him good lore for Noxus update.
