play some major role in fighting off the harrowing, preferably similar to blade and ultimately tying into and thus revealing the ruin king, then i will be very very dissapointed at the lore team for such a missed opportunity.
Honestly everything points at this years harrowing focusing on bilgewater and how it is gonna survive the harrowing and lucian simply doesn't have anything to do wtih bilgewater

Being serious now, yes, its finally time for them to reveal the Ruined King once and for all, but when they do, it will probably be as a champion, and with Kindred being so delayed, they won't bring a new champion on Harrowing
Lucian should appear in Bilgewater this year, or they are done, they seriously need external help, and Lucian is perfect for that task

Hints have already been given that the ruined king is in development. he wont come with harrowing of course, but the shadow isles lore does not have to be restricted to a once a year event...
