this guy was teased in it aswell. im like 90% certain the next champ is this guy and not the dragon everyone seems to be thinking it is. The watchers are pretty closely connected with aram, so the fact that this guy is also going to be the new aram announcer makes alot of sense too.

The Watchers are tied to the Howling Abyss, not ARAM. Remember ARAM's been the Howling Abyss and the Butcher's Bridge before, and I don't remember Frozen Watcher influence in Bilgewater. It's more indicative of something of a Targonian nature seemingly; a new ARAM map would be my guess, but that's just me.

The reason I doubt this? It isn't their style.
With a ton of champs who have had other side characters in their stories, they just don't make them into champs. Like Ekko vs Urgot rework or Ekko vs his enemy who killed his brother or Miss Fortune and Rafen.
They just don't do it so I don't think they'll do it with this guy. If Riot trolls the entire community, I doubt it'll be with this guy.

in the teaser instead of

I doubt it. The teaser also showed the broken crown of the ruined king and the downfall of shurima,so it is safe to say tha these are more like records of important events that happened and not actual creatures that live there.
Also its a star constellation,so it makes sense that different countries can see it(and the mountains in the teaser are actually confirmed from ionia).
Last but not least I think that it would be weird for pantheon to be connected to a watcher...
This would make sense if this was a Freljord event and not Mount Targon. Why would a watcher just plop down in Mount Targon?
