a "Thank You" to Riot

Now I know some of you think I'm joking or being sarcastic but I'm not... I was prominate on the old fanfiction forums.

I've played since Kog was released and the void has always been my favorite faction. Hell I still remember grinding matches to buy Kog, the champ that got me into the game. "terror coming, daddy coming.

So when you read the words below... know I mean them

I love the lore. I love the connection players have with it. I love being a part of Valoran. I love getting to know the champions as I play them.

I've spent countless hours writing and reading lore related post and talking it over with my friends... and gotten at least 30 people to play just based off the lore. (Not all of them stuck around)

So from the bottom of my heart, Thank You, for killing that love, and freeing me up to go do other stuff.

I'm no longer connected to the world, or the champs, or the day to day in Runeterra, or the what if of the void...

Hell a new champ came out and I didn't even read her back ground... something about revenge and killing yourself being worth it if it gets back at someone.

Then the next champ out was "just digs tunnels, jungles, split pushes." to me.

It is like Smashbros... why care about the characters, just tell me what they do and if they can recover from off stage.
