Riot Narrative is Bard...

Uninterested in, and unable to, communicate with the small minded ants that scrabble below him, Their small minds simply to simple to comprehend his vast superior intelligence and goals of his lofty position. Wordlessly he seeks only to establish his vision of a balanced universe with no regard for the wishes of the peons that are graced with existing in his wake.

And after eons of absence he appears only to remove powerful annoying limiting artifact(IoW) from the world, regardless of how many lives are tied to and depend on said artifact. Careless in regard to how many lives and stories are lost with its removal, he sweeps in for only a moment to remove it. Then in the blink of an eye is gone in silence, leaving only the question of if he is even here anymore...

But, yeah, well, that's just, like, my opinion, man...
