What does Fiora draw with her sword in one of her animations?

I don't remember now but her Ctrl+1 _OR _Ctrl+2 draws something with her sword, something I couldn't identify =P I play at the minimum requirements, soo if anyone could enlighten me I'd appreciate ;D
