Any news on when team fire Diana will be out?

I'm probably looking forward to this skin more the anything else this season. Any news on when it's coming out?

There's lots of work to do on her right now, since she just recently got picked from all stars, but I assure you she will be coming out - we've just got to make it super awesome first. I've always wanted to make sounds on a skin for her. Sorry on the lack of specific dates, but you'll hear more as it's getting developed!

Is there anything you think would be awesome for this aesthetic?

I think it would be cool if you did something like "moon fire" or "Black sun" Kind of like black flames reminiscent of the moon? Not sure, but I'm so excited to see this skin ><

There's got to be a lot of fire effects. Her Q needs to be flaming, her W needs to have fire orbs and preferably a shield that surrounds her with fire and her R should leave a trail of fire as she dashes forwards. I hope you guys go big with this skin. I love elemental effects on champions and Diana is my favorite champion in the game so I'm counting on you guys for something epic. Please hurry though, its hard to hold onto this RP with all the high quality content you are putting out.

One thing I'd say from a personal stand point; don't save any human part of her; go full fire elemental with this skin. When I think of a fire Diana skin, I think of something close to Volcanic Wukong rather than just "Diana with fire". Make her skin have cracks with molten lava coming out. Make her hair a raging inferno, or perhaps a long wreath of lava dripping from her head. Go look at the Firelands in World of Warcraft and just go mental.

Of course that's just me; I imagine others will have different views on what they'd want a fiery Diana skin to be like, but for me I feel like Diana wouldn't just use fire, she'd be an embodiment of it. A raging inferno.

I really think her q should ignite the ground into flames as it travels. Her w should be 3 flaming orbs that cover her in flame when her shield procs. Her e should be a burst of flame that starts at the max range and travels inwards to her. The aesthetic here would be trying to mimic how fire instantly envelops an area of high oxygen or flammable gas. Her r should not only leave a trail of flames but also immolate her target in flames upon impact.

A trail of fire after she ults, same with her Q. Would be cool if her E could be similar to W in terms of looks. Maybe not only Red / Orange fire like the typical fire skins Foxfire Ahri, Volcanic Wukong, Wildfire Zyra. Some hints of Blue / White flames would be nice since it would also resemble a blue sky + the moon.

I really like the idea of a fire skin that isn't all about the red, orange, and yellow.

Blue fire could be amazing. It would keep her unique and different from any other fire-themed skin, which is appropriate because she's already unique and different as a Lunari. She'd have a "even with the heat of the sun, she embodies the moon" kind of thing with blue flames.

Yes!

My suggestions:

Her white hair is clearly on fire.
When she does her blade dance, it leaves embers behind and looks like one of those hawaiian fire dancers.
Make one of her taunts as a mocking version of Leona's "Don't stare directly at me for too long" in a sarcastic voice, since now she is "bright" too.
When she Q's it leaves behind a burn mark on the ground, like Brand's death animation.
When her W pops with all 3 orbs, have the shield explode into flames.

Her sickle should have flames on both ends of it when she dances, like she's a fire dancer and add the whoof whoof sound of fire moving around to it.

Lots of good ideas in this thread so far, I'm excited to share these with the team and see where they take it!

The "whoof whoof" has got me thinking a bit. You can make fire sound extra aggressive by adding different animal vocals into it, might be a fun thing to experiment with... The audio team did a fire record a few months back and got lots of good material for this sorta thing.

I think DIana Hair should be pure Fire.

You know she has long hairs and they kinda remind me of a "flame" already. Glowing eyes, and stuff

Don't mess up her white hair too much please and make sure she has a moon mark or a headdress or something but DONT make it chinese or sh*t like that please make this diana skin a GOOD one!

Q should change color the more far it goes (from blue to red) to reflect the heat of the fire

for her recall she could draw on the ground her moon-fire symbol (with her sword obv)

Just curious but does this mean Diana will be getting two skins in quick succession considering a skin for her should have already been in the works during the nearly two years since her last one?

Will it be specifically an All-Stars themed skin (similar to the Championship pro-team skins), or will it be a skin which just has fire thematics in it?

PS: Make Solari Diana a reality. And make it sorta like a pre-"finding out about the Lunari and becoming a Chosen of the Moon" type canon skin.

Make her sword lit on flames whenever her passive is up.... it would look rad. Also it would be nice to have a ring of fire for her slow. Those are my two personal requests [slayer-jinx-catface]

pls make it a darker skin in terms of aesthetic is kind of goth so don't take that away and make her super happy
for lore purposes pls make the fire white or tinted blue like moon light

In place of red fire like brand annie and stuff make it a "purification by moonlight" fire thing, make the fire not red but blue or light blue kinda mystical like a blue moon...

Eyes like her original skin but far brighter like a moon spirit that's a part of the moon itself (but on fire lol? :p)

Can you try to let her hair nice like it is, i'm not sure about a headpiece on this skin. (BUT DEFINETLY NOT LIKE DARK VALKYRIE DIANA that's horrible)

In the lore her blade is inscripted with moon sigils, so you might consider with the flame option now realy making the sigils glow and make them obvious on her blade.

WHAT ABOUT A BLUE PHOENIX LIKE THE RED FIRE PHOENIX IS A RESEMBLANCE OF THE SUN? BLUE FIRE PHOENIX DIANA CAN BE THE RESEMBLANCE OF THE MOON! -> no problem for the sign on the ground when she uses her gap closer, fire would be too mainstream so use a phoenix -> ult can be phoenix related too there are many possibilities honestly

Q) A crimson red color that maybe leaves smoke trails as it travels?

W) Radiant Fire shield around her with a glowing effect

E) Scorched ground of Lunari Symbol in Black

R) Red Diana with white highlights, Deep Red Flame Trails

Her walk marks leave scorched mark her hair glows white with embers her eyes are orange and red, glowing like embers Her outfit would contain "Herself" like energy. Possibly Fire Elemental? Energy?

Definitely my favorite champion of them all. I see a lot of people talking about making her fire blue, so it's unique, but it wouldn't be. Let's not forget Brand has Cryocore (which gives him blue flames) and Annie has Frostfire. I like the idea of giving her a unique colored flame, but that shouldn't be the emphasis, but I guess silver/white flames would be rad, that way she has the hottest flame on the rift [let's be honest, Diana IS the hottest ;)].

For her cleaving passive, her blade should glow when she has the empowered AA and when she cleaves, a wave emits, sort of like Chogath's silence, but smaller in scale.

For her Q, the typical burning-fiery energy blast. Enemies struck by the Moonlight passive should be on fire.

For her W, the three orbs should start out as regular orbs, but be black, same for her initial shield, as each orb strikes anything, sparks (of the chosen colored flame) go off and after the third orb (third spark) the second shield explodes over Diana in the chosen colored flame.

For her E, the effect could be like combustion or fire appearing as her Lunar symbol and then leave the ground scorched with it.

For her R, the whole fiery path as she dashes sounds pretty cool but I think that where she strikes an explosion of flames should ensue her arrival.

As far as the aesthetics of Diana herself, I don't have a creative idea. I'm not that into her being a fiery being, I think she should keep her human form or how about this? Give her a scaling outlook as she levels her ult. Make it so when a point is put into Lunar Rush, fire begins to cover her. By the second point she's pretty much on fire and by the third point, she can become a ghastly fiery elemental. I think that would be cooler than just straight out being a fire elemental the entire time.

I like the first option the most.. Also, flaming orbs...and possible fire swirl for her E......and a nice wave of red Flame for her Q........Possibly turn into what looks like a fireball when she uses Lunar Rush...... I just love Diana and I'm so ready for an over the top skin! ALL THE FIRE!

Despite the classical suggestions about her fire details made before, I'd like to hint one thing about her model. I'd really appreciate a thinner sword, differently from the Dark Valkyrie one. Also, you should keep her classical hair without any ornament or jewel like in Lunar Goddess. Even tho, I hope for a Dragonslayer Diana and I would love Solari Diana aswell.
