they're both yordles driven to insanity. i'm guessing not so friendly since veigar pretty much depises everyone, noxus especially. what i really enjoy about new champions are their interactions with the other champions
Actually, Kled might not be insane (for the yordle standarts at least), considering that yordles become insane in isolation... and he has company of Skaarl.
Veigar is a really interesting character and my favourite yordle. I would want to see their interaction. He is forgotten for years in lore and has no taunt by any new champion.
Characters who saw torture, pain from others and turned to dark sides are in my interest range. It is valid for Veigar too.
We should see Veigar's really dark side in lore. He shouldn't be just a joke. He shouldn't walk in street just as '' tiny evil ''. We should read his lore and say what the fuck did I just read.
I don't think Kled is insane. He's a Noxian Yordle, as evident from the posters where he calls Skaarl the "Pride of Noxus" and compares Skaarl's stink to Sion. He's clearly patriotic to his homeland, "Yer Trespassin," even if he's not the best fighter and just cleans up after the big soldiers have done most of the damage. Other Yordles may see him as insane due to his allegiance to Noxus, but I don't think he actually is.
As for interactions with Veigar, I think Kled will think him to be a criminal and a terror who needs to be locked back up, considering he was held in a Noxian prison for crimes against Noxus (even if they were false), which is probably something Kled sees as an affront to his home. I think he'll also chat with Poppy, obviously, since he's basically her Noxian mirror.
Kled isn't quite insane I think, just off his rocker. He's like that old man that wants kids off his lawn so he can have some peace and quite with his old buddy Skaarl.

Quote from Kled. He would probably treat anyone like a guest if you just meet his terms and conditions. Veigar on the other hand is evil. Kled isn't just evil. At least, based on what we know and have seen.
