What's The Current Situation With Splash Updates?

I know Riot is spitting out VGU's left and right and with VGU's come updated skins / skins' splash art, but are they even working on MF's splashes anymore? Karma's update was towards the end of March and before all these VGU's splash updates were pretty recent. I'm not saying stop VGU production and I know MF has a ton of skins but I'm wondering should we expect them after Eve or maybe even after Swain? I'd be disappointed if they were put on the back burner and left forgotten.
