It's really annoying how the art to ingame model are so different, can someone just address why they are barely similar? Intended to be fixed? planned for a future model? overlooked? Because you paused Headhunter Caitlyn for about 3 patches to add pants to her splash-art, well this one literally has a completely different lower body.
Someone in champion selected wanted to trade champs. I said "who do you want" and he wanted "the monkey champ". So I picked Cassiopeia and got reported wtf he asked for the monkey champ.

It is Cassiopeia, and judging from Riot's most recent behavior regarding her, I would say yes.
I personally love the splash. The eyes in-game are awesome tho
