He is a descendant of an iceborn, like everyone else on freijlord. The iceborn were humans that were granted powers by the watchers, and because of that the last generation was the one with Lissandra and her sisters. If Braum were one of them lissandra would recognize him and braum would recognize lissandra blowing up her cover up.

But Ashe and Sejuani seem to age at a normal rate,so being a descendant of the iceborn doesn't give you immortality.

Also Lissandra uses a disguise in public,so Braum might have never seen her as the ice witch(also most of Lissandras face is covered,so he might not recognize her,when he sees her).

If I'm not mistaken they all ages at slower rate that other parts of Runeterra.
